Give yourself checkpoints just in case you get squashed via an unfair blow. Move as much as you need and try and quicksave whenever you've thinned the reinforcements.
This is the last fight we'll have with our guns, so we can expend as much as we want. The tactic here is to immediately find a spot to hold up that's got good cover and plenty of quick escapes. She'll flood the room with Cyborg Elite Guards, Drones, Cyborg Warriors and more. Our goal is to survive long enough to charge and activate all three levers in the room, allowing us to head to a teleporter above us. This next section is fully about survival. Throw it and immediately you'll be ambushed. When you're done, save and then head for the back of the room. Along the way, you'll meet very mild opposition. How to Deactivate the Third Set of Computer Room ShieldsĪfter dealing with the Cortex Reaver, head to the point on the map marked below. Grab it, loot the healing items at the back of the room, save and then let's continue on our journey. You'll find a very important item: the Isolinear Chipset. Regardless of how you beat it, once it's dead, loot its corpse. They'll stun the Reaver, giving you a ton of time to hit it with big shots. With the Railgun and the Plasma Rifle it shouldn't be hard to finish the Cortex Reaver off quickly, darting around the arena to dodge fire and hitting it with everything you've got. You can also choose to use the pillars as cover, carefully taking down the Cortex Reaver with ranged projectiles. It should fall in seconds, ending the fight before the Cortex Reaver can get any real attacks off. Now, equip the Laser Rapier, dash behind the Cortex Reaver using the Motion Boots and attack relentlessly.
Your vision will glow purple to indicate it's working. While behind it, equip the Beserk consumable and take it. When the fight starts, make a dash towards a pillar.
